Over 2 hours stuck in traffic on my way to the hospital. A commute that normally takes 30 minutes has come to a complete standstill due to #AmarnathYatra.
Better planning and effective traffic management are urgently needed to ensure that healthcare workers, emergency services, patients, and daily commuters are not left stranded.
@thisis_drgsp@doc_senku You cannot label them 'too sensitive', 'kids' or 'mentally weak'. You faced and conquered that was good for you. But you cannot dictate/ bully. We need to change our own mindset, be broad minded and open to change.

@thisis_drgsp@doc_senku Sir you are contradicting your own statement. You cannot justify toxicity no matter what. If you have faced it during your residency doesn't mean others have to face it as well. We cannot end this but we can atleast be more compassionate and understanding towards them.
@thisis_drgsp@doc_senku With due respect sir, we shouldn't glorify toxic work culture. Tolerating toxicity isn't a medal we should be proud of. Any resident (dermat or non- dermat) has a right to speak up. May be it's not the lack of tolerance but knowledge of their rights. #MedTwitter#Mentalhealth
