Disability tropes that need to die:
1. Disabled character is magically cured (by medical miracle or actual magic)
2. Wheelchair user stands up, proving they've been faking all along
3. Disabled character teaches abled characters a lesson about acceptance; is never seen again
Hey. I know there's a lot of feelings happening. I'm having them too. Take breaks. Support those directly harmed first, then the community. Ask harmed people what they need, don't assume. Read charitably, especially things written by marginalized folks or those directly hurt...
