Investigadores de la Universidad de Houston descubrieron que un movimiento minúsculo, la **Flexión del Sóleo** (Soleus Pushup), puede mantener el metabolismo oxidativo alto durante horas, incluso estando sentado.
El Sóleo es un músculo único: tiene un 88% de fibras de contracción lenta y no usa glucógeno almacenado, sino que extrae glucosa y grasa directamente de la sangre en tiempo real.
Por eso no se fatiga.
Al levantar el talón mientras estás sentado (con la punta del pie fija), activas esta bomba metabólica.
No sustituye al gimnasio, pero es el antídoto perfecto para la oficina.
Técnica correcta:
Siéntate con los pies planos. Levanta los talones lo más alto posible (manteniendo las puntas pegadas al suelo) y déjalos caer pasivamente. Repite continuamente mientras trabajas o ves TV.
