I pay all this extra money for "Storm-Ready" device and service from @Xfinity @XfinitySupport to keep my internet connected since I work from home, tried every IT trick to get it working, but there is a huge outage and i may have to call out from work....#FailXfinity

Things I've already learned, my complete absence makes not one difference! No one could tell, no one would care. So whether I'm here or not makes no difference to anyone! Thus ends my 2023

@Xfinity why are your services always down? It's been down now for over 15hrs and no end in sight! And all I was offered was a $5 credit! I lost a day of work because of it, and my monthly bill is over $300, how does any of this make sense!!
