Just tested #OmegaFold after a post from @peng_illinois.
It's fast, it's awesome and it's coming to #VMD as a plugin. Stay tuned.
BTW, it also worked quite well for multimers with glycine-link hack. Good job guys!

@daniel_r_roe If you could speedup matrix diagonalization for Normal Mode Analysis that would be fantastic. I guess GPUs nowadays have enough memory to hold the hessian for large molecules.

Just tried #Nanome #VirtualReality at #bps2022 ! Very impressed how smooth it was to manipulate complex and multilayered structures even while visualizing MD.
Can’t wait to go home and try their python API :)
