He cannot drain the liquidity by removing it from the pool, it is burned and locked, but he can still sell large amounts of coins when fresh liquidity is injected by unsuspecting new owners.

The scam token in question uses metrics that prevent you from selling/swapping the token.

You will never be able to swap it.
