🇳🇬 It is always convenient for the Nigerian state to blame the Igbo man for every mischievous and dubious act they do or commit.

From the 1966 coup, to End SARS in 2020, to Christian genocide today, the list is long and deliberately endless.

Let Omo Igbo take the fall.

It is intentional. It is a pattern. It is deliberate. It is never accidental.

It cuts across every stratum of Nigeria. The divisive politics of hate and the constant pushing of blame onto Igbos has become a deliberate and ill-intentioned witchcraft.

If you all recall when President Trump spoke about these killings in October 2025, part of the misdirection we were witnessing and the first messages sent to counter the narrative saw people like Daniel Bwala publicly attempt to shift blame by claiming that it was IPOB that are calling on President Trump to intervene.

This narrative is being sold to explain away why international attention is being drawn to the killing of Christians in Nigeria, instead of addressing the substance of the crisis itself.

For far too long, Igbos have remained scapegoats in the hands of devilish, selfish, and dubious Nigerian politicians who are willing to sell anything truth, unity, even blood just to lord power over them.

Once again, this reality has revealed itself in the recent New York Times publication.

All of a sudden, an Igbo man in Onitsha is now presented as the custodian of all the data and records of the documented genocide happening across Nigeria.

Suddenly, complex security realities, years of systemic killings, congressional hearings and reports, and even military strikes are reduced to the work of one unknown private citizen, carefully profiled, repeatedly localized, and unmistakably ethnically tagged, as always.

Nigerians, this is not how intelligence works. This is not how military decisions are made. And this is certainly not how serious journalism should operate.

Even the Nigerian government confirmed that the December 25 to 26, 2025 airstrikes were JOINT OPERATIONS, backed by state approval and institutional intelligence.

US Congressman @RepRileyMoore had to come down personally to visit the affected areas in Nigeria.

Yet instead of interrogating systemic failure, the narrative is redirected straight to one Igbo man who owns a website.

Unfortunately, Igbos continue to be made scapegoats largely because many Igbo leaders have sold themselves into power slavery.

Their voices have long been bought!

You all should know this: in Nigeria, ethnic tagging or baiting is never accidental. It is a tool. And it is dangerous.

This is scapegoating in polished language.

The persecution and mass killing of Christians in Nigeria did not begin with one man, one NGO, or one market in Onitsha.

It is documented by churches, international observers, humanitarian reports, and foreign legislative testimonies for aeon.

Villages have been wiped out in Benue, Plateau, and many other Christian communities in the North.

We have documented cases of Catholic priests who have been buried. We have documented reports of worshippers being slaughtered for years.

These are established facts, not opinions. The figures exist.

Even Pastor Ezekiel Dachomo, one of the loudest voices in this campaign, was conveniently not mentioned.

Nigerians, these are deliberate distractions o. The $9 million lobbying money being spent is actively at work.

When the conversation shifts from why people are dying to who can be blamed for talking about it, TRUTH BECOMES THE CASUALTY.

Ndi Igbo, you must learn this lesson clearly. If you do not tell your own story, others will tell it for you, and they will not tell it in your favour.

It is time to start investing heavily in lobbying, professional lobbyists, media power and finally taking control of your narratives.

Do not and I repeat do not allow yourselves to be made willing scapegoats by mischievous junk journalism working to protect the dubiousness of the Nigerian state.
