I think the market is still looking at the forward looking narrative around $HIMS the wrong way. Most people see hair loss tablets, ED meds, skincare, weight loss products and a few other health treatments being sold on an app. That’s not the thesis for me, if it was just an app selling meds I would pass. My, is that Hims afe trying to become your personal healthcare operating system — essentially a doctor in your pocket, available 24/7.

So as we enter what looks to be the next leg up in the markets ahead of the Iran agreement, Strait opening, oil dropping and possible rate cuts end of year, the most common question I get asked when the markets are running hot is “when do you sell a stock?”

Before I get into when I do sell a stock, let me be very clear about something: I do NOT sell just because the stock price has gone up. Whether it be +10%, +100%, or +1,000%, the price alone means nothing to me if I still believe in the business. Selling based on price appreciation is one of the fastest ways to cut yourself off from true long term compounding.

I would never sell winners just because they’re winning. That is the whole reason I bought said stock in the first place. My job as an investor is to assess the business, not the chart.

Hi all, thought I would take a minute to introduce myself. I am Jamie 👋🏻 a retail investor from London, a husband, a dad, and someone who’s spent the last decade obsessed with learning how markets work.

For the last three years I’ve managed what turned out to be the best performing public pie on Trading212 the last three years running - The Disruptive Tech portfolio. During that time the portfolio has delivered average annual returns of approximately 147% per year, while remaining publicly visible and fully diversified throughout.

Along the way we’ve invested in companies like $PLTR at $6, $RKLB at $4, $TSLA around $100, $HIMS at $4, $HOOD at $11, $NBIS at $18 , $ASTS around $20. Before that, I founded and spent years building a blockchain based private fund were we accumulated assets such as $BTC around $18,000, ETH at $700, LINK ant $4 and XRP at $0.30.

Today, I still own and oversee a services business that I’ve spent the last 11 years building, but over the last year I’ve taken a step back from the day to day operations to focus on building @EnvestaApp | An app, built by myself and other retail investors, for retail investors. Our goal is pretty simple, to build the world’s largest community of retail investors and make investing easier to understand for everyone.

Like many investors, I started with index funds. Over time I moved into individual stocks, made plenty of mistakes, learned from them, and gradually developed my own investing framework that works well for me

Now, after years of people telling me to start some socials, and share a bit of what I have learned, here we are 😊

This account will be where I share my thoughts, research, wins, mistakes, lessons and market insights as they happen. No gurus. No lambos. No promises. And certainly no promises for trips to the moon. Just a retail investor sharing what I have learned after 10 years in the markets. If any of that sounds useful, stick around.

$SPCX @ $18B in rev, unprofitable, probably gunna have to dilute yearly to keep innovating and scaling - $2.T

$MSFT @ $280B in rev, $100B in profits FY25, already scaled - $2.9T

I get that in 2026 the markets are happy to pay premiums for founder led, disrupting monopolies, but neigh on $3T on $18B in revenue seems more like market makers are hanging the SpaceX bait out for retail to fomo in before becoming their exit liquidity.

I personally would rather buy $ASTS than Starlink for connectivity exposure. Would also rather buy Rocket Labs as the end to end space company than SpaceX.

@CessiMUFC Hear hear. 11Y I have been actively investing / running funds now….. have never ever not even once taken a penny out 😂😂 kids are on ramen noodles and I’m in the overdraft but got lots of zeros in my brokerage 🤣🤣🤣
