@xxxxxavi3r@BelRedDevils Shit country shit president shit americans. Keep posting those little GIFs Meanwhile, your 'greatest country on Earth' just got militarily and politically embarrassed by the very 'third-world medieval country' you spent years mocking. The whole world is laughing at you
@maxbergmann Sure, comparing the EU+UK to Russia totally makes sense, Max nothing off there at all. Just ignore the small details like Europe having about seven times the GDP, three times the population & triple the military spending. Im sure none of that matters. You ignorant cunt
@GScott48548@on_lothianbuses Gary, you couldn’t point out the A1 exit, let alone facts. All that chat - driving the bus seems optional extra. Podcast coming next, yeah? 😅😅😅😅
@on_lothianbuses Morning! Is this some kind of joke with the X4 and 44 services? Why is the X4 always overcrowded while the 44 runs nearly empty between Wallyford and Musselburgh? People are left standing on a bus doing 70 mph on the A1. What’s the logic behind this?
@GScott48548@on_lothianbuses Gary mate, less TED Talk, more accelerator. The facts are your buses are on their own timezone. Your timetable’s more of a suggestion, isn’t it Gary?
@IranInThailand Haha, the old lunatic has officially gone off the rails 😀 The US is completely isolated—cut out of EU airspace, no allies, no NATO—and the only thing rising faster than petrol prices is the pain in Donald Trump’s ass.
@KevDrinksCorona@on_lothianbuses That’s fine Kev, I just don’t get why the Glasgow bus spotters lie about it. There’s nothing wrong with using council tax to support buses if waste is kept low. In the case of the 44, running it 4–5 times an hour from Wallyford when it’s empty is clearly a waste.
@inquisitor111@on_lothianbuses You got Lothian Buses’ funding wrong and contradicted yourself on the 400—clearly not commercial but council-funded. Makes me wonder what else you’re getting wrong. Paid by LB? 🤔
@inquisitor111@on_lothianbuses I see. So the commercially ran Lothian Buses is still being propped up with public money—some of that £650k effectively coming from council tax via Edinburgh Council to keep unprofitable routes alive.
Back to sqr 1. They get taxmoney.
@inquisitor111@on_lothianbuses That’s kind of strange, since Lothian Buses just asked Edinburgh Council for £650k to keep the 18 and 400 services going.. The EC Committee said: "Fare revenue does not cover the full operating costs... Council has provided partial support so they become commercially viable" 😊
