I’m stuck with an unresolved issue and need urgent assistance.
I cannot deactivate Shopify Payments because the system shows a “Shopify Capital / Credit balance,” even though I have never used Shopify Capital and have no active credit balance.
@ShopifySupport@Shopify 5. Please help escalate this to the Risk / Capital team so the incorrect Capital lock can be removed and my store can continue operating normally.

@ShopifySupport@Shopify 4. Because Shopify Payments remains locked and I’m blocked from deactivating it, I’m unable to activate another credit card gateway and can only accept PayPal. This is severely affecting my business.
@ShopifySupport@Shopify 3. My Shopify Payments was already deactivated due to a risk review, and all required verification documents were submitted more than 20 days ago. The review is still pending with no response.
