Congress doesn't charge individuals with crimes, the DOJ does. They've been in these committee hearings because the DOJ isn't following the law congress passed.

@dannykanell Can't help but think what this sport could've looked like with a proper playoff. SEC had some lock NC teams, without a doubt, but competition on the field can't be beat. So many teams of the past were wronged by the old systems. Probably going back 50 years.
