@DrSuneelDhand At 79 I still have the Bp of a young person so does husband at 88 . We exercise regularly and eat only home cooked whole foods and no bread .

@Jenny_1884 My husband had a haulage business and we were living on the edge for years simply because firms delayed paying for as long as possible but we scraped by and were in a good place now .
