Can we just … ban that? Like no more borrowing against stocks or assets. That way they’d actually have to sell their assets to use them and make an income. Then we can properly tax them.

What IS in Fall of Reach and thus a secondary canon (they've retconned quite a bit of FoR) and in Halsey's Journal in Reach's SE is that S2 augs kill sex drive. S2s are all canonically ace.
