@ParadisLabs Patent side is thin too — they're a fast follower in GaN/SiC, not a pioneer. NVTS has deeper GaN IP, Wolfspeed owns SiC. AOSL's real play is full-chain 800VDC coverage + NVIDIA collab, but no signed tier-1 contract yet so it's still a design-win bet not a confirmed bottleneck.
