It amazes me how many "drivers" are happy to stay in the middle of the lane until traffic lights turn red & they see a cyclist, the driver feels the sudden need to hug the kerb

Option 1, to pay your bill, Option 2 to pay someone else's bill or Press star for something else. Doesn't let you press star just repeats that same options over & over.

@EE That won't work. That link looks like it's for prepay or something similar. I have no control over what I am paying. My DD changed this month because of work so I just want to pay the outstanding balance. There are 2 payments, 1 for phone (paid) and one for calls (not paid)
