I purchased a Endowment 717 policy at 17/12/2024. But till not generated e-policy and bond.
The branch side informed me to say this new 717 plan approval awaited from IRDA. This is LIC policy ??After accepting proposal IRDA rules in 15days policy bond providing

LIC Policy service very poor and it's digital services very poor or not any fast facilities provided after taken policy issues.

I taken last policy before 9 day ago but till e-policy not received or not physically.

Also care response very late and delays.
