@Being_Humor @JPNadda The power to quash an FIR is strictly a judicial remedy reserved for the High Courts (and the Supreme Court) under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), formerly Section 482 of the CrPC. The government has no authority to do this.
