My best shot of the 2025 Prayag Maha Kumbh Mela from ISS. It is a once in a 144 year Hindu pilgrimage to sacred riverbanks in India and one of the largest events in the world, with millions of people in this single photo!

Look closely at southern India, and how a spur of land (Adam's Bridge) extends a long way out towards Sri Lanka. The sea between the two countries is only 21 km (13 mi).
Until 1480 it was possible to traverse the two countries on foot, until a cyclone changed the geography.

A Muslim guy who never knew about Lord Ganesha experienced him in his DMT trip....he later during his india visit he first time saw lord Ganesha on shops and immediately recognised it from the dreams/trip state.

Meet Pawan Kumar Chandana, the man who scored 51 marks in maths as a schoolboy and went on to build India's first private rocket.
Born in 1991 and raised in Visakhapatnam, Chandana grew up in a middle class household. Maths was a weak spot until entrance exam prep turned it into an obsession, and that push got him into IIT Kharagpur in 2007 for a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering.
He joined ISRO in 2012, working on the GSLV Mk3 heavy lift vehicle. But he wanted to build a private rocket industry in a country where that barely existed.
In 2018, along with fellow ISRO engineer Naga Bharath Daka, he founded Skyroot Aerospace in Hyderabad. By 2020 they had tested India's first privately built rocket engine. Skyroot went on to launch Vikram-S, India's first private rocket, and the company is now valued at over 1 billion dollars.
Once defeated by numbers, now he counts stars - leading India toward the cosmos.
India invented chess. Invented Yoga. They even thought us how to count. Einstein said we owe a lot to the Indians. There is even a golden temple in India that feeds 100,000 people a day for FREE! Man, the Indians are fucking awesome!
If you are Indian, I say thank you ❤️ 🇮🇳
