@zeptocares This happened with me again, Previous time u made me delete my post to get a refund.
I rcvd damaged, product, raised this issue in couple of mins jst aftr delivery.

Return was accepted, but again delivery guy refused as directed by his manager. This is #ScamAlert

Now you dont provide any written confirmation at the moment of pickup so customer is on mercy of your pickup guy. If he doesnt submit it my money and product both goes away and i dont have any proof. It all seems to be purposely done (4/4)

On every return ur pickup guy refuses to take the product. Then customer need to raise the request again from scratch as you dont show any communication thread on support(purposely to fool customers?)

Then ur pickup guy after 30-45 mins of hassle accepts to pickup product(3/4)

At least we deserve a heads-up on what went wrong. How a Indian subsidiary of Big MNC is flagged as phishing website when our account is on official mail id, we are filing our appeal with all our company documents from official mail id and letterhead?

@GoogleAds Our Ad account got suspended because of circumventing systems policy stating example of phishing website. No communication no warning prior to it. Please let me know how a company can be blamed to do phishing activity for its own company?
