Dear @HondaCarIndia,
My 2017 BR-V Diesel has an intermittent AC failure. ur authorized dealer, Frontier Autowheels LLP, Jabalpur, charged ₹1,416 for diagnosis but couldn't identify or fix the problem. Extremely disappointed. Ur intervention req.

@HondaCarIndia Thanks, but I've till now no action taken by honda. My issue is still unresolved. I need action, not another escalation. Honda's reputation is built on reliability—please prove it with a permanent solution and a clear timeline.

@HondaCarIndia Till now HINDA took no action. I too have honda jazz, in that there's prob. of fule pump & infotainment system. Despite repeated approach the problem is still & fuel pump was changed aftermarket. The info. system is still faulty. I was planning to buy honda cily but a big NOOOO.
