Thanks to the residents of the RM of Macdonald we have one of the highest vaccination rates in the province. In fact higher than most municipalities that had no restrictions imposed upon their retail businesses.

Despite this and the fact that we are a part of the Southern Health Region where vaccination rates are low and likely will remain as such,our retail businesses have restrictions imposed upon them. Change the criteria. Can we not be part of a Winnipeg Metro Region?
