How can a government that has never held a national election be elected to prestigious @UN positions? #Eritrea|ns have waited more than three decades for the right to choose their own leaders. @HumanRights@UN_HRC#TransnationalRepression
This is delusional. Jacinta has been one of the people perpetuating hostility and intimidation against migrants and refugees, constantly pushing the narrative that they must “go back” to their home countries. She has harassed and threatened African migrants in #SouthAfrica using misinformation and baseless claims.
Now, when some people leave out of fear for their safety — with support from their countries of origin — suddenly the response is being framed as “making South Africa xenophobic.” But what did she expect when telling people to leave South Africa?
Does she understand the fear and insecurity many people are living under? Many migrants and refugees do not simply “have a country to return to.” People from Eritrea, the DRC, South Sudan, and other conflict-affected countries cannot safely go back home.
Words and threats have consequences. People are living in fear, uncertain about their safety, dignity, and future. #TransnationalRepression #BlueRevolution

The Orthodox Church teaches us to love God and neighbor, even those who disagree. Burning churches does not solve any problem; it only creates pain, fear, and division. You cannot win justice by destroying what people hold dear. Let us talk, not burn. Let us respect each other's.
Eritrean Refugees in Libya: A Crisis the World Must Not Ignore 🚨
Thousands of Eritrean refugees in Libya continue to face a devastating humanitarian crisis marked by arbitrary arrests, detention, abuse, trafficking, and severe human rights violations. After fleeing repression, indefinite military conscription, imprisonment, and a lack of freedom in Eritrea, many hoped to find safety only to face new suffering in Libya.
Today, Eritrean refugees, including women and children, live in constant fear. Many are detained without legal protection, exposed to violence and exploitation, and denied basic humanitarian assistance such as food, healthcare, and shelter. Human rights organisations and UN reports continue to document torture, forced labour, sexual violence, and inhumane detention conditions faced by refugees and migrants in Libya.
For many Eritreans, the journey across the Mediterranean has become a desperate escape from unbearable conditions. Countless lives have already been lost in search of safety, dignity, and freedom.
This is not simply a migration issue.
It is a humanitarian crisis.A human rights crisis.A test of global conscience.
We call upon the United Nations (UN), UNHCR, the UN Human Rights Council, the African Union, the European Union, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, and all humanitarian organisations to urgently intervene and protect Eritrean refugees in Libya.
Immediate action is needed to:
End arbitrary detention and abuse
Provide humanitarian and medical assistance. Ensure legal protection for refugees Investigate human rights violations
Create safe evacuation and resettlement pathways. Refugees are not criminals. They are human beings seeking protection, safety, and the fundamental right to live in dignity. The suffering of Eritrean refugees in Libya must not be ignored. Their voices deserve to be heard, and their rights must be protected under international humanitarian and refugee law.

These are Eritrea's PFDJ supporters in Sweden/Europe, The truth about these peop is that they don’t actually want Eritrea; they never want to move back to Eritrea and they hate the Eritrean people in Eritrea. Why did they seek asylum in Sweden?
Here are what the Eritrean regime was proudly saying during the Tigray war just two years ago. Now look at how badly those words have aged.
The man speaking wasn’t just a random official — he was a Major General, one of the top commanders leading the war effort on the ground at the time. The same people who spoke with arrogance, threats, and propaganda are now trapped by their own words and contradictions.
History has a brutal way of exposing hypocrisy. What was once celebrated as “victory” is now remembered with accusations of atrocities, destruction, and regional instability. Even former allies and international reports later acknowledged Eritrean military involvement and abuses during the conflict.
