Tip of the day: If you target mid body of excluded stomach / remnant, entering into the duodenum should be easy when doing an ERCP with a TJF scope in patients s/p EDGE RNYGB. @SSooklalMD good job doing this EDGE.

Post OLTx, anastomotic stricture and large rocks extending till bifurcation in the donor bile duct . Lot of chiseling/ crushing/chipping/blasting along with covered SEMS / long plastic through it across stricture . These are tough/ long cases .
