@AmericanAir you have to do better. Putting passenger on a flight for a second time, then sitting for 30 mins, THEN telling passengers a flight attendant has exceeded their work hours? No one knew of the attendant’s hrs prior to boarding a second time?? AA2140 #mismanaged

When I first inquired why it was taking so long, they said they had the wrong part. I watched my car for 1.5 hours and nobody touched it. Gave me a 10% discount. Can’t wait to see what they want to charge me in labor fees.

Went to @NTB for a routine inspection and oil change, said it would be a 90 min wait. No problem. Call me 30 mins later saying I need to replace power steering pump, but have the part and technician on standby. It’s now been 4.5 hours. #terribleservice #dobetter
