@jeffrey_vinocur@PACESep@adribaran@kotecha_nikunj@Casi2007 Looks like outflow tract ventricular tachycardia with retrograde decremental conduction. i'm having trouble coming up with a better hypothesis than type 1 2nd degree exit block, hard to prove it though. Glad sotalol worked
@jeffrey_vinocur@MGKatz036 Hi Jeff, the PVC is relatively late coupled, if it advanced the tachycardia it would be strong evidence for AVRT, since it doesn't seem to effect the tachycardia it's not helpful. looks like retrograde P waves after the QRS suggesting AVRT.

@jeffrey_vinocur@PACESep Nice tracing, shows it nicely when you had aberrancy related to both bundles on the same tracing. Not a good sign when you have a tracing from the EP lab on a baby . . .
Congrats to @ebrosenzweig who guest-edited the latest issue of Advances in #PulmonaryHypertension, and with Nicholas Hill, MD sheds light on a new classification system for #PH. https://t.co/s9F0B1bTMq
@sandrotaaa @FerranRoses@ecgrhythms@ECGcorner @sgiacomanh @c_marsie Looks like atrial bigemeny with blocked PAC's giving bradycardia. Could be related to a concealed accessory pathway with retrograde conduction up the pathway but no sustained tachycardia because it doesn't go back down the AV node - or maybe they're just PAC's :)
I have taken care of several kids who may not be here today if it wasn't for an AED in their school - many states don't require it - but they all should. #AED#AEDsSaveLives
