@WardoftheStates Only spend $40k/mo with AWS (because my code doesn't suck)
But I'm so mad about this @amazon decision I'm investigating, right now, what it would take to move off.
Fuck you guys. @JeffBezos Get your house of morons in order
Here is my attempt. Doubt it will go anywhere but here goes.
@elonmusk buy the Stargate franchise and give it to @BaronDestructo@bradtravelers & Mr. Gero.
#Amazon will not give the fans what they want. Buy it from them and give it to the original crew that made it what it is.
I doubt this will get any traction but, what the hell.
@RichRhizo88 Love or hate this guy, this is an INSANE rewriting of the rules to screw one person.
Every left wing liberal should support the impeachment of the judge in question based on his insane behavior.
@MeriwetherFarms This is a national security threat.
We must nuke southern Mexico immediately with cobalt bombs and create an inhospitable fallout-3 style wasteland just to be safe.
BREAKING NEWS: The USDA has officially confirmed a positive case of the Newworld Screwworm in LaPryor, Texas
This announcement comes less than 24 hours after the Secretary and her allies discredited concerns from elected officials and producers in South Texas, accusing them of spreading misinformation and FAKE NEWS, and reassuring that there were no active cases in the United States
We are immediately calling on the White House to step in and declare a National Emergency to ensure that the USDA does not continue to throttle the funding and resources required to contain this as effectively as possible
The risk of this spreading outside of Texas and even into HUMANS is getting higher and higher by the day, and WE ARE RUNNING OUT OF TIME
Stargate remains a very masculine SciFi franchise. Especially after the first couple of seasons you didn't see much pussyfooting around with the SG-1 or Atlantis team.
When in trouble, shoot the bad guys with a gun.
If that doesn't work, shoot the bad guys with a bigger gun.
Or blow them up with C4.
Or use alien technology to do them in.
The lessons they learned to save the day in one episode are then remembered and used to save the day in the next. A novel concept!
Small wonder why the suits at Amazon cancelled Martin Gero and the gang.
I loved Stargate SG-1 because it didn't condescend to the audience by recycling tired SciFi tropes.
This is my FAVORITE scene.
No negotiating. No half hour struggle session to see what the Replicators want. Straight action.
"We ARE Replicators"
"Ah"
*Mag dumps on the baddies*
