store (Parkgate) today to the system is down for returns, been told to hold onto items for a week
and then try again. Not helpful. Want to return via inpost but there is a charge of ยฃ3 for this, will you be sending customers vouchers to cover this?
@HelpAtGeorge A refund was meant to be processed on 26/10 and iโve had to chase it today where itโs been confirmed it wasnโt processed. I was told i would receive an email this morning, this hasnโt been sent.
