Binance Card payment declined, pending, or refunded? Don’t panic.

Each status means something different 👇

Declined:

➤ Insufficient collateral
➤ Incorrect card details/PIN
➤ Payment settings or system timeout
➤ If funds were deducted, they can be returned to your Funding Account.

Pending:

➤ Usually means the merchant hasn’t completed settlement yet.
➤ If it stays pending after cancellation, funds can be automatically returned after 30 days.

Refunded:

➤ Merchant refunds can take up to 30 business days.
➤ For the Global Program, refunds are currently credited in USDC to Funding, with distribution moving to Spot from Sep 24, 2026.

One important detail: A refund may also claw back previously awarded cashback.

Knowing the status can save you from unnecessary stress.
