@united Yes indeed. I was directed to email each time after my numerous attempts to communicate with phone calls during and after flight 3699 out of MSP.
@united The hundreds of dollars (300+) we had to spend rearranging our work meetings that day and my time alone is worth more then a 50$ miles voucher. I am a loyal customer when treated kindly and i sincerely have yet to recieve that from your company.
