@SoulEater923@GeneralJosovic@PlayStation Yeah fair, they still have several, I have been so out of the loop on their current exclusives I don’t think I’d want a PlayStation at this point. I did before with final fantasy and kingdom hearts but now those don’t matter.
@Jedi_scum69@PlayStation I’m sure there’s a silent “for now” at the end. I hope people enjoy those but the JRPGs kept me around and were exclusive, but only for a while 🤷🏻♂️
@Jedi_scum69@PlayStation I think a lot of their exclusives are slowly being universal just like Xbox is. I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before TLOU, Spider-Man, etc aren’t even timed exclusives anymore.
@ActualAero@theArpheus This is my issue too. If final fantasy/kingdom hearts stayed exclusive I’d consider it but none of their new exclusives have interested me over the past couple years
@MCFUMPERNICKELS@PlayStation The consumer preferences reference is insane to me. I’m sure they have a lot of digital sales, but I think most physical content owners would be willing to pay a premium for their increased cost. I don’t care if it’s $5-$10 more
@CaptainAstroX@PlayStation It doesn’t, but I’m also not surprised. Companies just want full control of what you can do with the games you buy and hate when you resell them.
Honestly, why would I even get a PlayStation for my kids? I would just get them a laptop and game pass. It’d be cheaper.
@SoulEater923@GeneralJosovic@PlayStation Do we care? As a fellow final fantasy fan, FFVII revelation is going to be released on all platforms. That exclusivity was the only thing keeping me there. Can’t wait for my Concord exclusivity
@BrandonStraka Another component a lot of people are missing. Dean says it was across 6 countries. Countries have different education and standards for health care. And, I would suspect, different rates of male and female surgeons. That alone could throw off the data if not accounted for.
