I want to understand if @ATT will EVER rectify my account or if they prefer to lose my business (of 6 active lines). Or fix the issue on my account that @ATT created 3 months ago. Has anyone else had issues with @ATT ? How’d those issues get resolved? Signed, Unsupported Customer
So, @ATT has continued to charge me (for the last 3 months) for an iPhone and additional line (which, I NEVER ordered, customer service ordered) that I returned within the 14 days. Please refund ALL charges related to this line since 01/28/2021! Thanks for your service @ATT.
