@AmericanAir Two hours and counting on the tarmac waiting for a 90 minute flight to depart. 1. Waited an hour for a “crew member” to show up. 2. Found a broken tray table that needed repaired (who cares) 3. Used up all the fuel during #1 and #2.

4. The fuel people didn’t show up. 5. They ran out of water and had to wait for catering. 6. Due to all the delays we ran into weather and couldn’t land in SRQ. Landed in Orlando. 7. The fuel people in Orlando added too much fuel and now we have to fly around aimlessly to
