There is big supply issues with Leucovorin atm that needs addressing. Our autistic son has been taking it since 2023, hasn't been able to get his full dose since Nov 2025. Hope its sorted soon.

When is the FDA going to recognize MTHFR gene and FRAT testing for autism purposes? This is crucial to alleviate the costs of these tests with insurance providers and is also essential testing when children are diagnosed with autism. Gene testing should be standard once a diagnosis is received. Also for us, the recognition of Leucovorin by the FDA to allow more in depth testing is important for autistic children. We have found this drug has greatly helped our son to start talking. Thank you.
