@CeXSupport But I answered the security questions 3 times! How many times do I need to answer them? I even got a manager from a CeX branch to assist me! It feels like @cex is being deliberately obstructive. I am requesting my vouchers or my discs back, you can not keep both!
@CeXSupport Your colleague responds but just doesn't appear to want to help! He keeps asking me for customer ID information. I've given him this information 3 times but for some reason he's refusing to acknowledge it and I don't know why. Please could you assist me with this problem.

@nationalexpress what the hell is going on with the 87 buses from Oldbury!?! Drivers refusing to take buses out, preferring to have a good ol' natter with their mates rather than doing some work. Please sort it out!

@WaseemZaffar There are a number of us looking at starting a lobby group to try and improve the appalling bus service here in the West Midlands. I noticed you ran a pill back in January and was wondering what the outcome of this was?
