@TicketmasterCS I registered for the presale code for Taylor Swift. Email said to expect next steps for a code or wait-list by 5th of July and I received neither.

A presale is on now. Can you clarify if this is a different presale? And timeline for the email? Edinburgh date

No point having people with no presale code queuing in front of those with codes.

They either sent too many presale codes, or the queue itself is not behind a code wall meaning everyone and their neighbors are on it...despite knowing they'll be blocked from buying when they get to the front.
