Be my September
Soft on my skin
Nippy on my nose
Playful around my skirt
Humming in my coffee
Crisp in my mornings
Ripe in my nights
Warm in my songs
Nostalgic in my breath
Be my September
Be my promise of comfort!
Days when i hope if you could make me numb
If you could quite the silence in me
If you could whisper on my skin your favourite songs
Days i hope you could be at my service
Art has always been a victim of religion
Yet every night i escape the shackles of man’s god to bloom under the rhythmic dance of colors falling from skies
Or something like that….
i stand frozen in time
and watch the flowers fall one after another
like wishes falling off the sky
winter embraces me gently
she knows my blue & feels the ice in my heart
we sit together on a park bench & wait for another spring to come
sipping warm memories until you come back
