@TheNCSmaster Well, I mean, the alternative is that Playstation Store become a monopoly with no competition on price which would be worse since PSN pricing is... not great.
@dark1x I kind of agree, and I do think the move towards mostly 60 FPS has been awesome. But console versions often end up sacrificing a lot of image fidelity in modern games, often doing the dreaded "upscaling from 720p to 4K using FSR" which is a very imperfect solution.
@CyberpunkGame When this scene played out for me, my character was for some reason completely butt-naked.
Pretty funny, but it did take some of the emotional weight out of the moment.
@XrayPC@kenzisaloser Production on the next season rarely starts until after the previous season has released. (Unless you’re Slow Horses, they just keep filming and filming…)

@sean_gause The problem in my opinion is that game devs often misunderstand what features do. They don’t add a little motion blur or a bit of film grain, they crank up the motion blur so high you’re blinded when turning the camera and the film grain has grains the size of a postcard.
@inkfycreates I’m going to be very intrigued to see what happens to Playstation/Xbox servers on November 12 when people start slamming the shit out of them as the GTA VI preloads start.
@eurogamer How many "more than 100,000" have these seven games sold, though? 100,001? A million? How much revenue is that? How much was sold in EU/Asia? This seems more dancing for companies trying to sell us on digital games rather than asking real questions and providing real data.
@lngryl@Reply_Addict This is old news. Starfield and Fallout 76 support 120+ FPS out of the box just fine and you can mod Fallout 4 and Skyrim to go above 60 FPS with few issues.

@NormBreaker3 ...because it's running the PS4 version which is software-locked to 30 FPS and Rockstar refuses to release an updated version.
A PS5-equivalent PC can easily run Red Dead 2 at 60 FPS.
