@footyspeakerbox No, he used his power as a referee to blow the whistle when time has elapsed. Sometimes refs will allow promising situations to go to a neutral place better blowing. Had Arsenal showed more urgency he may have let them take it

@zizinho_93 Once time is up the ref can blow whenever he wants and often they will use their discretion when to blow. If they had been quicker he would have allowed them to take it so own fault
