रेलवे के फाइनेंसियल अपग्रडेसन RBE155 में
DIRECT SSE(सीधी भर्ती प्राप्त डिग्रीधारी अभियंता के साथ पूरे सेवा काल में एक भी सुनिश्चित पदोन्नति नही मिला,
न तो financial upgradation का फायदा हो रहा।
यानी ग्रुप सी के अपैक्स लेवल में जॉइन कर उसी अपैक्स लेवल
ग्रुप सी में सेवानिवृत्त ।

2. what is criteria to define 4800 (some one will get 4800 after 7Y other got it by MACP in 10Y
