This is particularly concerning because I previously had a paid promotion dispute with X. The purchase interface presented a range of 41,000–81,000 impressions for the quoted price. After approximately 24 hours the promotion had delivered only around 5,000 impressions, at which point support told me the displayed range was merely an estimate. I was subsequently directed to a refund form that I was unable to access on three separate devices, and my later support messages stopped receiving responses.

I therefore deliberately spent only £10 today to give the promotion service another chance. That promotion has now been paused, and after I supplied the requested evidence I received a generic list of advertising-quality rules without being told which rule my post actually violated.

Please identify the specific provision and specific content responsible for the rejection. If you cannot do so, please refund the £10 payment directly rather than directing me to another non-functional form.
