#EE - which evil genius has reset the time-out for divert to voicemail from 30 secs to 20 secs? We don't all keep our phones in our hands and sometimes it takes longer than 20 seconds to reach the phone to answer it. Big mistake, #EE - I want to receive calls, not voicemails.
