@ik_muogbo@thaguru__@Soulmedika@467DCvolts Okay, so even leaving the person's own name and addressing them by their surname (parents' or ancestral names - who we most times do not know) is more respectful.. I've learnt something. Thank you
Do not rush out of the slippery bathroom to pick your calls. Cultivate the habit of calling back when you are done instead. Airtime is far cheaper than brain surgery.
Christ is coming soon...whether you believe it or not...
Big accounts or small accounts will not matter when the great tribulations hits ground.
The antichrist will not pity you because you are a big account. Infact, they will blame you for not spreading the gospel of Christ with your reach!
People will get 20 million impressions for each of their posts... on pay day... you will need to provide evidence of "666" on your forehead or forearm!...
This is no cap!... Do not miss heaven... especially those from Bible Believing Churches!... Especially those who chose not to "enjoy" sin in this world.
may we not be on earth tweeting about 4th he disappearance of people world wide on the day of rapture.
may we not be part of X users who will miss heaven.
Heaven is real. Christ is coming soon.
@osemagnum I still live with them, but even just being apart for some hours of the day, we talk on the phone, WhatsApp call, VC. I cherish those calls even tho they come "at the wrong time", sometimes. Plus I try to hug mum everyday, told her not deprive me of them now that she's still here
KNACKING AFTER CHILDBIRTH: HOW LONG SHOULD A MAN/WOMAN WAIT
When the Bed Waits: The Unspoken Truth About Postpartum Sex
READ. SHARE. REPOST
Dear Victoria,
My dear, you ask a question that many people whisper about but are often too shy to voice and I am glad you asked.
After childbirth, a woman’s body does not simply snap back like the elastic band of a child’s school uniform. The womb that stretched for nine months must slowly shrink back. The stitches if there were stitches must quietly melt in. The hormones, those invisible architects of mood and milk, must learn to find their balance again. And the woman herself, who has carried life and given it, must gather her strength in body, and sometimes even more so, in spirit.
This is why medicine tells us, wait at least six weeks. Six weeks for the bleeding to ease, for the risk of infection to reduce, for the womb to complete its sacred work of returning home. But I must add and this is important that sex is not a date on a calendar. It is also a negotiation of pain and patience, of desire and timing, of wounds both seen and unseen.
Some women will still feel pain, some will feel dryness, and some will simply not feel ready. And in those moments, my dear sister, love is spelled in the patience to wait. And if the delivery was complicated... with severe tears or a caesarean section or unusual bleeding ,the waiting may be longer.
So yes, the sjhort answer is six weeks. But the real answer is gentleness, and empathy, and timing.
And let me say this men, allow your wives to rest a little more. I know you have been faithful. But let her heal from the bruises of childbirth before you resume your day and night shifts... 😌😌
And women, do not let the waiting period be prolonged forever. For intimacy is also healing, and closeness is also medicine.
Because in the end, sex after childbirth is not just about when. It is about how with love, with patience, with understanding.
A good time to make this spread and trend again…….
Let’s go !
