@Kennystit This is one of the issues my wife faces on a daily but she closes early everyday

She ensures our baby sucks before leaving the house and also feeds immediately she gets home before doing anything

The goal is a complete record. The reality is you have limited time. So you sequence by risk.

Start with the highest-exposure items, the ones that cost you money or your name if they go wrong. Anything involving money. Anything involving a commitment. Anything involving a deadline. Capture those first, every time, without fail. Then widen the net as the habit settles.

"I am too busy" stops being a reason once you only track what matters. You start where the risk is highest and build from there. Everything or nothing was never the real choice.
