What troubles me about the Lindsay Clancy conversation is the disconnect.
I see many women who strongly defend a woman’s right to choose abortion now asking society to view the killing of three born children almost entirely through the lens of the mother’s mental state.
To me, there is a deeper cultural question here.
When we condition ourselves to believe that motherhood gives a woman the moral authority to decide whether the life she created should continue, does that change the way some people emotionally process the value of a child’s life?
I believe there is a psychological and moral disconnect in a culture that can become so centered on the woman, her choice, her circumstances, and her suffering that the children themselves become secondary.
Lindsay Clancy may have been suffering. Her mental condition deserves to be examined fairly in court. But three children are dead.
They were not ideas.
They were not political talking points.
They were human beings.
Compassion for a mother should never require us to erase compassion, accountability, or justice for her children.
The children mattered too.

President Trump’s Action on Federal Gun Rights Restoration
In February 2025, President Trump signed the "Protecting Second Amendment Rights" executive order directing the DOJ to protect Second Amendment rights.
This led to reviving the Federal Firearm Rights Restoration Program under 18 U.S.C. § 925(c). Certain convicted felons can now petition the Attorney General to have their federal firearm rights restored.
For felons wanting to apply:
Focuses on non-violent offenders who have completed their sentences.
Must show they are not a danger to public safety and that relief serves the public interest.
A web-based application is being developed and expected to launch soon (as of late March 2026).
Process includes background checks, references, and local law enforcement input.
Relief removes only the federal ban — it does not override stricter state or local laws.
Violent felons and sex offenders face strong presumptive disqualification.
The DOJ has started granting relief in some cases and is preparing for more applications.

It takes a special kind of courage to be a Black, well-known public figure in America and openly say, “I support President Trump.” @NICKIMINAJ
Not because it’s trendy.
Not because it’s safe.
But because it’s honest.
In today’s political climate, disagreement isn’t debated, it’s punished. People are digitally persecuted, socially exiled, blacklisted, smeared, and “assassinated” in the court of public opinion simply for thinking differently.
For Black celebrities, the cost is even higher. You’re expected to vote a certain way. Speak a certain way. Believe a certain way. Or face character destruction.
That’s not freedom. That’s coercion.
So when someone stands up anyway, knowing the backlash, the threats, the cancellations — that’s not sellout behavior. That’s backbone. That’s conviction. That’s exercising the very civil rights so many fought and died for.
Real courage isn’t agreeing with the crowd. Real courage is standing alone and telling the truth anyway.
Freedom of thought still matters. Even when it makes people uncomfortable.

I stood on Skid Row in Los Angeles, and what I learned stopped me in my tracks.
The City of LA, under @KarenBassLA , opened what’s called the Skid Row Community Refreshed Spot , a location where people experiencing homelessness can shower, use the bathroom, and wash their clothes.
Let me be very clear:
This is not housing. This is not protection. This is not a solution.
While filming there, I spoke directly with a man who works every single day at the service site. Without hesitation, he told me that there are at least 20 minor children currently living on Skid Row.
Children.
In America.
On Skid Row.
That information shook me to my core.
Instead of removing children from one of the most dangerous areas in the country, we’ve created a system that manages homelessness instead of ending it. We’ve built places to bathe, but not places to sleep safely. We’ve normalized survival instead of restoring dignity.
This is about children living on the concrete streets of America, while billions of dollars move through government budgets with no urgency to save them.
Next week, I’ll be releasing an exclusive conversation with @laralogan that dives deeper into the reality of children living on Skid Row, a story America can no longer afford to ignore.
Stay tuned.
Because silence is no longer an option. #Children #Skidrow #America
At some point we have to stop dancing around the truth.
Yes, all women give birth.
Yes, all races have abortions.
But the numbers do not lie.
Black women are dying in childbirth at rates that are unacceptable in a modern nation. Black babies are being aborted at rates that should alarm every leader, every church, every activist, and every policymaker who claims to care about justice and equity.
When one group of women is more likely to die bringing life into the world, and one group of babies is more likely to never make it here at all, that is not coincidence. That is not random. That is a systemic failure, and at worst, it looks like genocide by neglect, policy, and silence.
We are told to celebrate “choice” without addressing why. We are told these outcomes are “normal,” but they are not normal. They are engineered by indifference.
If Black women were dying at the same rates as others, there would be outrage.
If Black babies were disappearing at the same scale in any other community, there would be emergency hearings.
So why is this tolerated?
Something has to be done, not with slogans, not with performative concern, but with real protection for Black mothers and real support for Black babies.
Because a society that watches women die while giving life, and babies vanish before taking their first breath and calls it progress has lost its moral compass.
Silence is not neutral.
Inaction is not accidental.
And the numbers are screaming.
It’s time we listened. ~ Auntie Angie 👶🏾⚔️🇺🇸
