This woman shows just how easy it is to make your own quick pickles at home.
She fills mason jars with fresh carrots, red onions, cucumbers, cauliflower, and green beans, then adds simple seasonings like garlic, salt, sugar, peppercorns, and fresh dill. She pours in half white vinegar and tops them off with boiling water, gives them a shake, and lets them sit in the fridge for just 3–4 days.
Making your own pickles is not only incredibly easy and inexpensive, but it lets you control exactly what goes in — no weird preservatives, just fresh flavor and crunch. It’s such a satisfying way to turn ordinary veggies into something special.

Ingredients:
-2 shots of espresso
-400 ml of heavy whipping cream
-25 g of sugar
-Cocoa Powder (optional)
-Add everything into a jar and shake it for 5 min until you hear an slapping sound

Lo que necesitas (para un frasco):
2 cebollas moradas medianas (cortadas en plumita o aros muy finos).
2 cdas de cilantro fresco picado.
1 cda de vinagre (blanco o de manzana).
1 cdta de pimienta negra en grano.
½ cdta de sal.
2 cdas de aceite de oliva.
Paso a paso:
Corta la cebolla: Entre más finas, mejor (usa mandolina si tienes).
Al frasco: Mete las cebollas en un bote de vidrio limpio.
El sazón: Agrega el cilantro, el vinagre, la pimienta, la sal y el aceite de oliva.
Mezcla bien: Sacude o revuelve hasta que todo esté bien cubierto.
Paciencia: Cierra el frasco y déjalo en el refri al menos un día entero para que agarre todo el sabor.
