@DolphinsCraze@MeekPhill_ Every member of the Mets starting 9 (besides C) had an OPS+ over 105, with only Eduardo Escobar being below 120. I would say every hitter being comfortably above league average would mean no holes.
@PenguinHoops@lbf_mas KAT was great during their run, but was facing far less defensive attention than Brunson. Do you think that KAT could’ve handled that as an offensive initiator?
Post-ECSF, KAT was much less effective as a hub. With most offensive advantages for others created by Brunson.
@mattyglesias In the RS, Jan 21 onwards, they had the 3rd best net rating (+10.3), beforehand it was 8th (+4.1).
The increase comes solely from their DRTG, with their opponent 2nd chance and paint points going from very good to elite. Also, their opponent 3pt% went from 27th to 8th.
@roadto80pct@EliAction0 Knicks have been a good shot making team all year, just not very deep analysis to chalk it up purely to variance.

@Fanalysts_FR @CollinReidPS In the regular season, Knicks shot 36% (16.6 3PA) and 40% (16.5 3PA) from open and wide open. It’s 39% (15.1 3PA) and 43% (12.8 3PA) now.
With playoff volume and RS efficiency, they lose ~3pts/100, dropping their playoff ORTG from 123 (highest by 6) to 120 (highest by 3).
@dulthreat@NicNegrepontis@UsherNBA Mavs decided not to offer Brunson a 4/55 extension the year before his free agency, they could’ve avoided the issue in the first place. https://t.co/8jjuwK6K0H
@OCO1969 @McHogor @ssjkam15@Mali5timeS@CeeHawk Good call, didn’t confirm. Does seem he may have technically been inducted because he was part of the Dream Team which was inducted collectively in 2010
@SidisiTV Went 27-15 to legend with a non-Genn more tempo-focused version. Haven’t tried this one out but having 2 drop dragons can lead to some strong starts
@sc_cooper7@jpegpdfmp3@JebSPN Just to clarify, does this mean that on bunts last year he put 13 balls in play and had 1 foul ball in total? Or 13 balls in play and 1 foul ball out?
If it’s the latter then it would be missing out on a lot of bunt foul balls that weren’t outs because there wasn’t two strikes.
@jpegpdfmp3@JebSPN Not sure if this is already taken into account with bunting OBP, but it may not include how often he fouls while bunting since there’s no in-play result. So his bunting OBP may not be a great stat when 0-2
@OMENEDIT@StevePoliti I like Hamels over Buehrle too because his peak seasons were better than Buehrle’s. Still, I think Buehrle’s higher volume means that he put up relatively similar amount of value over the course of their careers, so he should be strongly considered at least if Hamels is voted in.
