@MatBethermin Hi @MatBethermin. It's not a general problem and you're not unlucky😀. All Phase 2 material is generated automatically by ALMA, so PIs do not need to submit Phase 2 material.

Stage 1 proposal review is done. Stage 2 is now open!

Stage 2 is a non-mandatory stage in which reviewers have the option to read the reviews from the other reviewers and are able to modify their original ranks.
