No, they could have waited for us. Don’t give me this BS. I knew about this since 2pm yesterday, 10hrs before my 1st flight. You have a horrible service. I am now in an old plane, w/o the amneties I paid to have! and have spent close to 24hrs to go from SF to Puerto Rico. just no
@AmericanAir instead of letting us board, after a delayed flight running down the terminal to be on time, we arrived at a closed gate with rude staff not willing to get us in. We were lied to. That’s because you had overbooked/sold our seats already, even thought it was 10 of us
@AmericanAir you suck! You treat your customers like shit and never want to accomodate. Your staff is rude and mediocre at their job when it is time to actually help. We have spent all day at the DFW instead of being at our destination already hrs ago, because of your delay!
