Labour won a huge majority in 2024, but it was NOT a true landslide.

The real landslide in 2024 was the crashing fall of Tory votes.

Labour got a million less votes in 2024 than in 2019, just 33% of the votes cast, and only 20% of the available votes.

Instead of having some humility, and recognizing that a huge majority of the country did not support them, Labour let the size of their victory in seats go to their heads.

Starmer was the worst culprit, telling his own Labour Party members if they didn't like his policies, they could get out.

Starmer's boasted about how he had defied the naysayers, who said Labour couldn't win, and it was all down to his brilliant leadership that they had won election in a landslide.

Starmer deluded himself throughout.
The public saw he was a fake from the start of his time in Number 10.

Banging on that you won in a landslide and have been given a mandate to make whatever changes to the country you want to, when four in every five UK citizens entitled to vote, didn't vote for you, is why Starmer has been forced out.
