I've seen the body worn. I never judge incidents unless I was there or have heard people who were.
But I'm going to judge this.
This is a serious breach of at least three established operational protocols. Basic day one training school stuff.
It's sloppiness, pure and simple.

Tonight, somewhere in Essex, Henry Nowak’s family is sitting in a home that should have him in it.
His chair is empty.
His football boots are by the door, where he left them.
His texts on his mum’s phone end on a date six months ago. The last one was probably something ordinary — about coming home for Christmas, about a lecture, about a match.
He should have come home for Christmas. He should have finished his first year. He should have called his sister with something stupid. He should have sat at the dinner table arguing about something nobody remembers.
He should have been there for every birthday, every wedding, every quiet Tuesday for the next sixty years.
Instead, his family is left with a name in headlines, a face on protest posters, and a silence the Prime Minister still has not broken.
We post about the case. We post about the police. We post about the lies, the apology, the investigation, the demand for footage. All of it matters. All of it is the work.
But tonight, no demands. No tags. No tactics.
Just this:
Henry mattered. He was loved. He is missed. And every time someone says his name, his family knows he has not been forgotten.
Say it with us.
Henry Nowak.
Forever 18. 🤍
WARNING: Incredibly distressing footage.
The bodycam footage has finally been released of Henry Nowak’s last moments.
He was the victim, but treated like a criminal.
“I can’t breathe” he says, over and over again.
Instead of helping him the police arrest him on false charges of racism.
Harrowing.
It’s hard to escape the conclusion he was treated differently because he was white.
I feel sick. Those police officers MUST be arrested and prosecuted, the fact an investigation is STILL ongoing after seeing that footage beggars belief.
Some of them are still on duty.
Hampshire police must be put in special measures IMMEDIATELY.
@colinsutton@EnaKPowell I do agree with you Colin however is the Stephen Lawrence murder no longer discussed at training schools.
We were told to check and check again if someone said they had been punched as they may have been stabbed.
Rear stack cuffing and arresting Henry was so wrong.
NEW: Heavily pregnant women were encouraged to 'FOH' by a senior midwife at an NHS trust. The letters stood for 'F*** Off Home' and are part of a pattern of poor attitudes by staff at the Nottingham University Hospitals trust revealed by @BBCPanorama

Thanks to @FinancialTimes and @adamlebor for this epic review. I've been a bit bowled over in general by the reviews for Red Scorpion. So if you are looking for some escapist entertainment this summer, how about the story of the doctor who goes to work for an enigmatic businessman - only to discover he is not quite what he seems? #thriller #redscorpion
